Job Summary
We are a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wealth management firm with a mission of helping clients achieve their goals and what is truly most important to them. We are a proud fiduciary, always acting in our clients' best interest.
We are seeking a financial planner with the CFP® designation or in the process of getting the designation within the next 3 months. The focus of this role is on servicing our existing clients. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- CFP® certification required or will be obtained within the next 3 months.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
- Must be able to lead client meetings without assistance and have strong communication skills and writing ability.
Role Expectations & Responsibilities
- You will be assigned approximately 125 clients as the primary advisor.
- You will lead meeting preparation, delivery, and meeting follow-up without assistance.
- You will follow-up meetings with a meeting summary, including items discussed and next steps. Additionally, you will follow-up with clients by phone and email on any outstanding tasks.
- You will have flexibility to service your clients as you would like so long as the firm process and philosophy is followed.
- No sales expectations. The focus of this role is 100% client service.
- No management responsibilities.
