Technical Project Manager

We need 10 years of experience and resources for the position below.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables specific to GCP and data-related initiatives.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.

• Oversee the migration, implementation, or optimization of GCP-based solutions for data management and analytics.

Data-Focused Execution

• Lead projects involving data warehousing, big data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions on GCP.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver robust data systems and tools.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are met across all initiatives.

Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical liaison between teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Provide technical guidance on GCP services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).

• Facilitate decision-making on architecture and technology stack in collaboration with engineers.

Team and Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, developers, and data professionals.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Ensure regular communication of project progress, challenges, and milestones.

Risk and Performance Management

• Identify potential risks in cloud or data projects and develop mitigation strategies.

• Track project KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with GCP advancements, data management tools, and industry best practices.

• Identify opportunities for optimizing existing cloud and data processes.
