The salary range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The File Clerk is responsible for the general housekeeping of the office areas. Making sure completed documents are archived and stored in a neat and organized manner. Ensure maintenance of filing, scanning, and document control and storage.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Verify all internal procedures and customer requirements are followed and met, including accurately inputting data onto Route Card

• Maintain the work area in a clean, safe and hazard free manner

• Track supplies and ask Supervisor to order in a timely manner and maintain an accurate list of materials and supplies for ordering purposes

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals, warehouse work orders and inventories. Ability to write legible notes and correspondence in English

• Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

• Bilingual is a plus
