What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Intern - Spring 2025 position at Magellan AI?
Magellan AI is the podcast media planning and measurement platform relied upon by advertisers and publishers transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in podcast advertising. Magellan AI has created the world’s largest database of podcast advertising data – covering activity by over 50,000 shows in the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK. Media buyers at advertisers and agencies rely on Magellan AI to find, vet and connect with podcasts. Publishers rely on Magellan AI for the most in-depth ad intelligence available in podcasting. Both rely on Magellan AI for campaign measurement.
We’re looking for an operations intern to join our team, supporting the customer success team in delivering quality and accurate data to our clients. This is a part-time role, with about 15-20 hours per week expected (for summer positions, increased hours may be available). We're a fully remote but very close and collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
- Perform regular quality checks on data
- Review and clean up output from our machine learning platform for clients
- Support the operations/customer success teams with client needs

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a 4 year undergraduate degree
- Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets
