Compensation: $84,000 – $96,000 Base Salary
What You’ll Do:
- Refine and improve daily financial operating procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial records, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance.
- Lead audits and deliver actionable insights to optimize financial processes.
- Craft streamlined financial business workflows to support scaling.
- Handle preparation and timely filing of tax returns.
- Analyze data to generate insightful management reports.
- Collaborate on budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and industry standards.
- Deliver expert financial guidance to both clients and internal teams.
- Work cross-functionally, including with HR on payroll and finance-related projects.
What You Bring:
- CPA license (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting platforms
