About the Role
As a Client Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing client paperwork and handling account-related requests, including cashiering and beneficiary changes.
- Managing a shared task system across multiple advisors.
- Communicating professionally with clients over the phone and ensuring all documentation is handled efficiently.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Ability to complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or finance is beneficial but not required.
