Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Bonuses
What You'll Do: As a Client Service Rep. at Retire Simply, your primary role will be to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our new clients from their first interaction with us. Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
- New Client Onboarding: Manage new annuity applications, opening Fidelity accounts as well as Foundations.
- Client Transitions: Handle all aspects of account transfers, providing a smooth and reassuring presence for clients during a significant financial transition as well as tracking new money into the firm.
- Proactive Communication: Regularly update clients on the status of their accounts and reach out proactively during the onboarding process to establish a strong rapport and trust.
- Data Integrity: Perform precise data entry and maintain rigorous accuracy in Salesforce-CRM and other platforms, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and correct.
- Operational Excellence: Keep track of new business production numbers and contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
Who You Are: You are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing complex processes and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You bring:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to dissect information, solve problems, and provide solutions.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Financial Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products like equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and insurance.
- Multi-tasking Skills: Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude with a strong desire to contribute to team and company success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in investment operations support.
- Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses (preferred - not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Wealthscape-Fidelity and Salesforce-CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
