Compensation: Base Salary ($60,000 - $100,000) Commissions
What You'll Do:
- Meet with pre-qualified prospects to deeply understand their financial goals and retirement needs.
- Create customized financial plans using fee-based asset management, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance products.
- Guide clients smoothly through the entire financial planning process from initial meeting to long-term implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and regularly review financial strategies with your clients.
You’re Our Ideal Candidate if You:
- Have active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66 License.
- Possess excellent people skills and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Are driven, motivated, coachable, and eager to constantly grow.
- Have strong communication and closing skills, and experience in client-facing financial planning roles.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment, bringing positive energy and collaboration.
