Responsibilities
- Provides non-medical, short-term, solution-focused counseling directly to eligible service members and their families.
- Delivers training and health and wellness presentations, participates in health fairs and other base/installation activities as requested/directed.
- Enters counselor activity data daily through smart phone or web application to ensure accurate reporting from assigned installation while maintaining client/service member confidentiality.
- Consistently visible within the brigade/regiment to make MFLC services accessible, establishes and maintains working relationships with community resources and military populations.
