Key Responsibilities:
- Provides operational project support to program managers for reporting, task completion, and contract management.
- Supervises employees in the project management office and ensures timely completion of tasks.
- Develops project work plans, identifies necessary resources, and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Analyzes program data, evaluates metrics, and prepares high-level reports for corporate and government leadership.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least one year of experience working in a DoD or VA health-related setting.
- Superior writing, editing, analytical, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work at all levels within an organization (Magellan, DoD, Military).
- Prior supervisory experience.
