Title: Call Center Supervisor - Onsite Only, No Remote work.
Salary: 55,000 – 62,000 per year
Location: Palm Coast, FL
This is an opportunity to lead a team of telephone operators and call center schedulers in a 24 hour, 365 day call center.
Magellan Solutions USA is a bidding on a contract to provide call center services to a well-known major medical facility. If you have experience leading a call center in a medical facility, please apply!
We are seeking supervisor candidates who have experience overseeing a call center.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
- At least 3 years leading a call center team.
- Experience working in a Hospital, Medical Center or Clinic is preferred.
- Experience with Military healthcare is a plus.
- Experience supervising a team of 10 full-time and part-time employees.
- Experience scheduling employees over multiple shifts.
- Extensive experience meeting SLA’s, KPI’s or metrics.
- Experience preparing regular performance status reports and providing reports to management.
- Extensive experience with call center monitoring including experience with call monitoring software and phone systems. Cisco experience preferred.
- Experience with payroll systems, ADP preferred.
