Job Details
Magenium Solutions is seeking a Business Development Director (BDD) to drive business growth for our innovative products and solutions. The BDD will be involved with creating value through strategic relationships and opportunities. The BDD will work with our Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud and Security Practices, to bridge sales and delivery teams, ensuring our offerings are accurately represented in the market. You will collaborate with sellers within Magenium and AVI Systems (Parent Company) to facilitate growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities for the Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud Services Practices: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets. Work with Marketing on Campaigns.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Work with Modern Work and the Infrastructure Cloud Security Cloud Practice Leads to create and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, is essential.
- Manage Partnerships and Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry leaders, AVI and Microsoft.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, recruiting and practices.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Prepare Business Proposals: Develop and present proposals and present to potential clients and industry leaders
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role with a strong background in Microsoft Modern Work and Security. Experience in a Consultant Firm or Microsoft Partner, huge plus.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Teams, Office 365, and other Microsoft platforms. Extensive experience with Microsoft Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud Services.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, relationship-building, and business acumen.
- Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
