Popular Middleton restaurant, Maggie's Farm, is currently seeking a full-time experienced and enthusiastic High Volume Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate must have lunch and dinner availability and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following established recipes and presentation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, equipment, and supplies
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
- Verify the age of customers to ensure legal compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately

Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high volume setting
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work during lunch and dinner shifts
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification is a plus
