Job Description:
We are seeking personable and motivated Sales Interns to join our team in Iowa! If you’re passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, and learning sales strategies, we want to hear from you. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience, with a clear path to a paid internship and full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and partners through in-person networking.
- Attend events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Magic Books.
- Assist in building relationships and generating leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to network and represent the company at events and conferences.
- Ability to work in-office in Iowa (no remote option).
- No prior sales experience required—training will be provided!
Program Structure:
- Unpaid Internship & Training: Gain hands-on experience, training, and mentorship while working closely with our team.
- Paid Internship: Upon completing your unpaid internship and training program, there is potential to move to a paid internship program. Deepen your skills, take on more responsibility, and prove your potential with a competitive stipend.
- Full-Time Employment: There is potential to move to full-time employment following the paid internship. High performers will be considered for a permanent sales role, providing exciting opportunities for growth within Magic Books.
