Job Title: Cabana Server
Reports to: Supervisor and Team Leads, Revenue Managers

Job Summary:
Cabana Server: Assist guests during their cabana rental. Provide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction with rental, food, etc.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all cabanas and VIP seating; ensure they are clean, neat and organized
- Provide efficient food and beverage service to VIP seating and cabana customers
- Greeting all cabana guests in a professional timely manner and be available and accessible to guest for the majority of their visit
- Knowledge of all menu items and specials.
- Responsible for promoting sales and discouraging theft.
- Deliver online food orders to the correct cabana.
- Assist customers with questions regarding Magic Springs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
- Must maintain proper attendance and promptness.
- Assist in cleaning and resetting the cabanas at the end of the day.
- Follow opening and closing procedures in assigned locations to maintain cleanliness standards
- Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be 17 years of age.
- Previous server experience is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism and supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and leadership.
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
- In this position you must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with guest and other employees effectively.
- Required to work in various weather conditions.
- Available to work overtime if over 18 years of age.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
