We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Essential Job Functions
- Front Desk Management:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with sales inquiries and purchases.
- Provide general information to customers and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Inventory Management:
- Check in inventory as it arrives.
- Financial Tasks:
- Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
- Handle and record financial transactions accurately.
- Mail Handling:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Apparel Management:
- Oversee the organization and distribution of company apparel.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of apparel as needed.
- General Administrative Support:
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of related work experience required
