Role Description
We’re looking for experienced Restaurant Technology Consultants to help our clients evaluate, optimize, and implement their technology ecosystems. You’ll work directly with operators to assess needs, build IT roadmaps, and identify the right tools for scalable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise restaurant brands on POS, BOH, KDS, digital signage, loyalty, and mobile ordering platforms
- Conduct technology assessments, vendor evaluations, and workflow audits
- Design IT strategy roadmaps that align technology investments with operational goals
- Assist with RFP development, project planning, and implementation support
- Stay up to date with tech trends, security protocols, and integration best practices
- Collaborate with both vendor partners and internal tech teams
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in restaurant technology consulting, IT leadership, or systems integration
- Strong knowledge of restaurant systems: POS, kitchen display systems, labor/scheduling, inventory, etc.
- Experience crafting IT strategy roadmaps and overseeing system rollouts
- Understanding of vendor ecosystem and interoperability challenges
- Clear communication skills and client-facing experience
- Bonus: Familiarity with Restaurant Technology Network (RTN) standards and best practices
