Inventory Management
- Process consignment inventory transactions including billings, replenishments, returns, and others.
- Monitor consignment stock levels and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Data Analysis
- Provide detailed insights on usage trends and turnover to support decision making
- Support system updates and ensure proper recording of consignment-related transactions.
- Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Service, and other teams to manage consignment inventory flow to address inventory inconsistencies and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain consignment agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding consignment inventory.
- Customer Experience Support
- Act as the primary contact to address requests, resolve issues, and proactively communicate.
- Troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies and work with teams to resolve them
This is an hourly paid position working 4 days a week (Monday thru Thursday) in office, Fridays working remote.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and transaction processing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational challenges.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Excel
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.
