As a Solutions Specialist, you will cross functionally own the inventory management program experience from evaluation to contract execution. This role requires a high level of motivation performing a variety of tasks related to the sales and marketing of our inventory management solutions, maximizing customer growth, profitability, and retention. The ideal candidate is customer oriented, results driven, and passionate about delivering a world class customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the program sales cycle activity from assessment to implementation for all inventory solutions offerings
- Accountable for maximizing profitability for participating customers within defined qualification KPIs
- Present Magid inventory management solutions to current and prospective customers
- Make joint sales calls with Magid field sellers
- Consult with customers on program best practices
- Support and facilitate quarterly and/or annual business reviews
- Lead ongoing management of participating customer contracts
- Prepare all necessary program set-up documentation and send electronically within defined KPIs
- Annually review underperforming accounts and develop recommended action plans in conjunction with sales and/or sales operations
