Office Coordinator Job Duties
Office Coordinators expectations and duties:
- Coordinate various types of events, mainly corporate.
- Managing the budget for an event to ensure that costs stay within the planned budget limits
- Manage the ordering and inventory of uniforms and office supplies
- Assist the manager and owner with various needs
- Upkeep the office directory
- Manage incoming voicemails and leads
- You will exercise and develop interpersonal skill working with clients and your team.
- You will be responsible for making sure your client's expectations are met through all stages of events.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can multi task.
Customer service skills – maintaining a friendly and personable attitude, catering assistants answer customer questions and respond to complaints appropriately
Teamwork skills – working as part of a team, communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure catering events run smoothly, and they help out chefs, servers, and caterers
