What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tribal Office Coordinator position at UDES, LLC?
The coordinator’s primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Office Manager and team. The coordinator will provide all data entry into customer systems to provide timely and accurate information. The coordinator will report directly to the Office Manager.
Requirements:
· 2 years of clerical experience.
· Comfortability with Microsoft Excel.
· Experience using systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Paychex, BambooHR, Divvy, etc., is not required but is a plus.
· Oilfield experience would be beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
· Track employees in the field and ensure that all revenue is billed tocustomers.
· Communicate with employees ensuring that time and payroll match.
· Accountability for all office functions by maintaining control of the ability to meet customer expectations.
· Emails checked in the morning and randomly throughout the day for order status changes/additions.
· Contact employees, customers, vendors, and government entities to clarify specific items
· Follows company/customer policies and procedures (i.e., internal controls, record retention, verifications, etc.)
· Enter vendor bills in a timely manner.
· Work with management on large projects/jobs. Ensuring that all costs are captured and billed.
· Communicate all new hire/termination items to the office staff via email.

Qualifications
- Ability to follow directions (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, and good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, consistent high-volume environment
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Identify problem areas with customers and work with the manager and team to develop aresolution
- Dependable, reliable
- Conducts themselves in a professional manner at all times
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule ( work long hours / weekends if needed )
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Coordinator will work on-site
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift over 25 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
