We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Talent Coordinator to join our team and support our growing investment in talent development. Talent Programs/Succession Assist PD&T Managers in annual Succession Planning & Talent Review process. Support HR, senior leaders, and successors in succession plan development. Set up, collect, and analyze KPIs and metrics for talent processes. Cooperate in implementing new tools and methodologies with Magna International. Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person modules within Talent Programs. Ensure timely task completion by participants in Talent Programs through effective communication. Manage Exteriors PD&T Magnet page. Performance Management Support Divisional HR & leadership during the Performance Management process and annual reviews, including Workday support. Learning & Development Provide tools and coaching to local HR and employees for learning & development resources. Support PD&T Managers in needs analysis for large groups and individuals. Recommend and consult leadership on sourcing training. Design/conduct training for Train the Trainer, webinars, and short courses. Assist local HR with training, troubleshooting, and reporting within Workday's LMS module. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coach and provide resources to divisional HR on attraction, sourcing tools, and best hiring practices. Guide divisions on best practices in onboarding. Support local HR with training, troubleshooting, and reporting within Workday's ATS and Onboarding modules. Assist local HR with recruiting strategies for new plants, D&I, and other group needs. Train/support divisional HR on advanced recruitment strategies, social media tools, KPIs, and best practices. Lead awareness of corporate recruiter training and conduct short courses on interviewing skills. Lead community calls with local HR for best practices. Development Planning Support development planning, coaching Divisional HR on discussing development possibilities with employees and managers. Promote the 70-20-10 development approach for learning. Qualifications: Skilled at developing training using PowerPoint (e-learning programs also preferred) including strong presentation skills Strong initiation to drive & manage change Excellent skills in creativity, communication, organization and detail orientation Experience working with Talent modules within an HRIS (Workday preferred or other) Passion for developing employees Requirement to travel for work-related purposes 10-15% of the time; may include both domestic and international destinations, depending on the specific requirements of the position and the locations of the company's operations Education/Special Knowledge/Skills – Bachelor’s degree/diploma, preferable in Business/Human Resources Experience – 3 years of experience in HR with some exposure or experience in Talent Attraction/Talent Management activities.
