Talent Programs / Succession
- Assist PD&T Managers in annual Succession Planning & Talent Review process.
- Support HR, senior leaders, and successors in succession plan development.
- Set up, collect, and analyze KPIs and metrics for talent processes.
- Cooperate in implementing new tools and methodologies with Magna International.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person modules within Talent Programs.
- Ensure timely task completion by participants in Talent Programs through effective communication.
- Manage Exteriors PD&T Magnet page.

Qualifications :
Education / Special Knowledge / Skills - Bachelor's degree / diploma, preferable in Business / Human Resources
Experience - 3 years of experience in HR with some exposure or experience in Talent Attraction / Talent Management activities. Automotive / manufacturing experience preferred.
