Job Title: Magna Deposition Specialist Manager
Position Summary:
Magna Legal Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deposition Specialist Manager to oversee our deposition operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a staff of deposition specialists ensuring industry-leading client experience and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of deposition specialists to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded
- Proactively address training and performance gaps to resolve issues
- Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with direct reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality, training, and utilization
- Review and act on KPI reports
- Suggest and implement operational improvements and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of work experience, preferably in court reporting or transcription fields
- Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with transcription software and technologies
Compensation: USD $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
