Job Responsibilities: POSITION OVERVIEW Work with the Human Resource department on Administrative and Prescreening of new production applicants ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Call Production Applicants and schedule in person Interviews , Do prescreen of Applicant on phone Audit files for various upcoming audits Do basic entry in WorkDay personnel system , like title changes , cost center changes , name changes , address changes Assist with filing/Scanning into Medical and Personnel files Assist with various audits Assist employees who come in to the HR office QUALIFICATIONS: Some related experience preferred EDUCATION I EXPERIENCE High School Diploma Currently Attending a College or University SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE I SKILLS: Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
