Job Responsibilities :
POSITION OVERVIEW
Work with the Human Resource department on Administrative and Prescreening of new production applicants
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Call Production Applicants and schedule in person Interviews , Do prescreen of Applicant on phone Audit files for various upcoming audits
Do basic entry in WorkDay personnel system , like title changes , cost center changes , name changes , address changes
Assist with filing / Scanning into Medical and Personnel files Assist with various audits
Assist employees who come in to the HR office
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Some related experience preferred
