Job Responsibilities :
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Print out cycle count lists from Excel / T4M
- Physically Counting Inventory
- Data entry into Excel / T4M
- Print out adjustments recommendations list and return to the Materials Analysts
- Assist with root cause problem resolution
- Audit inventory locations to ensure maintenance of 5S standards
- Audit trailers
- Assist with Blackhawk training and communication within Assembly
- Document and chart all audit findings with Materials Analysts
- Work with Material Analysts to correct inventory in Trans4m and Blackhawk
- Perform any other reasonable request by management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :
Physical Demands - Normal amount of walking, sitting and standing; Ability to move around an office environment and on the production floor. Ability to work at a computer workstation; Ability to bend, twist, lift, reach. Required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and / or temperature. Ability to lift max. 50lbs periodically.
This position will require a certain amount of training in-house. The person who accepts the position will be expected to follow a learning curve with continuous development.
