Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our team for the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and utility systems. If you have technical training, relevant certifications, and hands-on experience in building maintenance, we look forward to meeting you. Your Responsibilities: Prepare and carry out inspections and maintenance according to existing maintenance plans Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of building exteriors and interiors. Ensure 100% availability of media supply systems for compressed air, water, heat, gas and technical gases as well as sanitary systems Define emergency measures where needed Maintain or repair building, fixtures, furniture or equipment Carrying out minor maintenance work Prepare and carry out inspection activities according to existing inspection plan Responsible for heat supply, assembly of ramps, turnstiles, lifting platforms, crane systems, barrier systems, automatic gate systems, ventilation systems, service and drinking water supply Maintenance of buildings & settlements Securing the energy supply for the site Who we are looking for: High School Diploma or Apprenticeship Program Vocational or Technical Training in building maintenance or related field Certification in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance. Your preferred qualifications: Forklift license and container driving experience Experience in maintenance and related technology Details on our benefits package will be provided during the recruitment process.
