Job Responsibilities: As our HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient personnel management, overseeing recruitment processes, and acting as a trusted point of contact for both managers and employees. Your Responsibilities: Execute various HR-related tasks, including recruitment (candidate relations), onboarding/offboarding and employee relations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements. Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and streamlined HR operations. Act as a competent contact person for managers, employees, candidates and serve as an employee advocate. Collaborate with compensation and benefits team to ensure employee benefits are set up for all employees. Work with department heads to define and execute training plans Support developing and executing HR policies & procedures Who we are looking for: University degree with a focus on business administration, human resources management, employment law, or related fields. Several years of practical HR experience in an international manufacturing environment preferred. Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. GPHR / SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday is a plus. Your preferred qualifications: Excellent communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to think strategically and holistically.
