- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The IT technician will be working in a general office environment with occasional exposure to general factory environment. Some of the physical demands of this position include sitting for prolonged periods of time, walking up and down staircases, occasional lifting, and occasional stooping and bending. Involves lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally. Must be able to distinguish between basic shades of color.
EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED:
Some of the equipment and tools used are computer, telephone, fax machine, copier/printer, and a projector.
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of manufacturing not a requirement, but a definite plus.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years’ experience within the information Technology field.
- Experience administering a Windows IP-based network.
- Experience with Cisco & HP switches, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Wi-Fi setup

- Support and comply with all TS16949 & ISO14001 procedures and work instructions.
- Support a safe and healthful work environment that is free of recognized hazards for all employees, contractors and visitors.
- Cooperate with all local, state and federal agencies, such as OSHA or the EPA, in the event of an inspection.
