Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
Assist to insure that MAP’s business plan goals and objectives are met, measured by EBIT and ROFE targets as agreed with the General Manager
Assist in the assures that the area is ready to pass system and process audits at any time
Compile and maintain manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process reports, and status and location of materials.
Coordinate and expedite flow of equipment, materials, parts, assemblies, and other materials according to schedules or priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records.
Analyze production specifications and capacity data, and perform mathematical calculations to determine production processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
Review schedules and related information and confer with others to determine requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.
Compute amount of material required to complete jobs.
Requisition material and establish sequential delivery dates, according to priorities and material availability.
Confirm material delivered and/or produced to conformance to specifications, to meet schedules.
Plan and prepare production schedules for business unit or department. According to previously established production sequences and lead times. Plans sequence of operations workflow for each department and operation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Office environment: 80% sitting/standing at desk; 20% walking
Lifting as required up to 20 lbs.
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
1 to 3 years of directly related training and / or experience.
Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills is required.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
