Job Responsibilities
As a production assembler, you will be responsible for performing all operations in the assembly department within the allotted time and quality standards for each operation. This includes rotating through different tasks and working in a team environment. You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 52 pounds occasionally.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, be able to follow instructions, and have basic math skills. You must also be able to use various tools such as hog-ring guns, torque guns, screwdrivers, and mallets, and have good hand-eye coordination. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
