They will also be responsible for demonstrating leadership in conduct, safety, and development of members, implementing programs and services effectively, and monitoring and evaluating activities to ensure quality and appearance. Additionally, they will oversee proper record keeping and reporting, participate in staff meetings, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, and knowledge of youth development. They should also possess the ability to motivate youth, manage behavior problems, and deal with the general public. Furthermore, they must be able to plan and implement quality programs, organize and supervise members in a safe environment, and hold CPR and First Aid Certifications. A valid State Driver's License is also required.
