Duties

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote products and services at events or meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Assist in inventory control and management to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Support outside sales efforts by providing necessary information and resources to the sales team.
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Qualifications
