Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee and manage various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution support.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR policies and records in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Play a key role in developing employee retention, job satisfaction, and soft benefit incentives.
- Assist with training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred, but not required.
