Position Overview
The Human Resource Specialist will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- HR Compliance & Benefits Administration
- HR Operations & Performance Management
- Facilities Management- Liaise with building management on repair issues, HVAC maintenance, and security access.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Required
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of HR laws, benefits administration, and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in Bamboo HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with building management /outside vendors on maintenance issue
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
