We're looking for a motivated and effective Outside Sales Manager to lead our RVA client’s dynamic team and drive success! Our client is a well-known and respected local organization offering a stable, collaborative, and creative work environment, growth and development, and respects your work-life balance!
The primary focus would be leadership and development of a door-to-door team responsible for introducing the product to consumers and setting up the Sales Team for success! An additional focus would be on growing the team to cover more area and create additional brand and product awareness throughout the RVA area!
NOTE(s):
- Competitive Base Pay Performance Bonuses with a healthy OTE of over 100K!
- Schedule is Monday through Friday - no weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of door-to-door marketing representatives
- Set goals and help team members achieve success
- Provide ongoing training and support
- Ensure the team is consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Report and analyze team performance
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in sales/marketing (door-to-door experience required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Results-driven with a focus on team success
- Ability to coach and mentor team members for continuous improvement
