Job Summary:
Join our team to provide crucial support to the Siting & Land Rights department. You will play a key role in coordinating records management for land rights, landowner records, and permits using the Landworks system. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and preparing contracts in SAP, processing payments for outside contractors and vendors, as well as coordinating payment of railroad licenses and wind/solar lease payments. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for landowner/customer inquiries related to land rights and permitting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consultant contracts for the Siting & Land Rights department, including initiating requests, processing payments, and providing status updates.
- Lead the coordination of records management for the department, overseeing data entry quality control in the property rights electronic records management system (Landworks).
- Respond to initial landowner inquiries for Land Rights and Permitting staff, troubleshooting first responses and gathering necessary information.
- Maintain policies and procedures documents, ensuring document reviews are scheduled and updated information is disseminated.
- Coordinate work order and invoice payment processes for the Siting & Land Rights department.
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in contract management, real estate, paralegal studies, or data management is preferred.
- Excellent writing and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in records management, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of business operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in contract management, real estate, paralegal studies or data management preferred.
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
