Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $37.00 DOE

Land Rights Technician will be responsible for administrative tasks with significant responsibility, including managing land rights agreements, processing payments, and coordinating with various staff.
Land Rights Technician Responsibilities:
- Manages inboxes, processing payments, setting up vendors in SAP, attending team huddles, and handling administrative tasks.
- Handling land records, permits, easements, and railroad agreements.
- The technician will act as a gatekeeper for payments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Support a sizable team, interacting with land agents, consultants, and encoding staff.
- Maintain and prepare contracts in SAP and payment processing for outside contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate payment of railroad license and wind/solar lease payments.
Land Rights Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (contract management, real estate, paralegal or data management degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office products (Word, Outlook).
- Records management experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Technical background in accounting or land rights.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Background in land rights, paralegal work, or accounting are preferred.
- Experience levels can vary, from fresh graduates to those looking for a change of pace.
