You’ll Be:

• Effectively managing all areas of the used car department.
• Taking an active role in the showroom
• Developing sales team members, specifically with regard to ongoing performance feedback and reviews
• Working with internet and retail tools (ex. V-Auto)
• Forecasting goals and objectives for pre-owned vehicles sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.

You Have:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
• Leadership abilities to develop and motivate a successful team
• Exceptional customer service skills
