- Analyze U.S. market dynamics, industry trends, and competitors to optimize marketing strategies.
Customer Acquisition and Expansion
- Design targeted marketing campaigns and promotional plans for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and corporate clients.
- Responsible for developing and managing customer resources, attracting potential clients through online and offline channels.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing promotions, including events, advertising, content marketing, and digital marketing.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content promotion.
Brand Building
- Enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation in the U.S. market.
- Maintain customer trust and establish long-term partnerships through a professional brand image.
Team Management and Cross-Department Collaboration
- Recruit, manage, and lead the U.S. market team to ensure efficient team operations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technical departments to align marketing and sales goals.
Performance and Budget Management

Job Requirements
Educational Background:

Work Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Preferred candidates with a background in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or wealth management industries.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in high-net-worth client acquisition or corporate marketing projects.
