Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and health histories.

- Provide treatment for various conditions, including infectious disease care and memory care.
- Perform procedures such as dialyzing patients and managing neonatal ventilators.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management and family planning services.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Advocate for patients with disabilities and support their unique healthcare needs.
Experience
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics is preferred.
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with patients requiring infectious disease care or memory care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
