- To build relationships
- To multi-task and have excellent organizational skills
- To communicate information of interest or concern pertainingto residents
- To maintain a positive and uplifting personalityable to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members
- To assist with staff support and management during evenings and weekends
- High school graduate and/or equivalent highly desirable
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral instructions
- Must exhibit good organizational skills
- Must exhibit the ability to establish rapport with residents, family members,representatives, and staff members
