This job requires you to be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high call volume throughout your shift. Must have great customer service skills and be able to work well with others. Job Requirements --
- Minimum 2 years experience with hotel front desk preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to effectively resolves any guest issues or problems

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Duties--
- Checking in / Checking out guest
- Creating new reservations over the phone and in person
- Inputting third party reservations into system
- High call volume
- Checking rooms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
