Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our marketing and investor relations efforts, ensuring that our branding, materials, and communications effectively represent our firm’s investment strategies. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for website maintenance, investor reporting, and the preparation of marketing and presentation materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company website with relevant content, investor materials, and market insights.
- Assist in the design and preparation of investor reports, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Create and refine marketing collateral, including brochures, investment summaries, and newsletters.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across all company branding and materials.
- Collaborate with the investment and asset management teams to produce compelling materials for potential and existing investors.
- Support investor relations efforts by managing communication, marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor and analyze website and marketing performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Assist in general administrative marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in commercial real estate, finance, or investment-related industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate or investment fund marketing is a plus.
