About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Marketing Manager to lead Magnolia’s internal and external marketing efforts. This role combines marketing strategy, public communications, and creative oversight—you’ll be responsible for our brand’s voice, visuals, and overall marketing execution.
You’ll manage and mentor a small team including a Graphic Designer and Social Media Account Manager, while personally overseeing public-facing communications and branding. If you’re equal parts creative thinker, detail-lover, and strategic planner, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external marketing strategy
- Manage campaigns, branding, and communications from concept to execution
- Oversee and approve graphic design, logos, merch, and brand visuals
- Develop and refine Magnolia’s voice, messaging, and visual identity
- Write or oversee press releases, public announcements, and brand storytelling
- Seek sponsorships, advertising, and media opportunities
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data
- Collaborate closely with leadership on high-level marketing goals
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Account Manager and Graphic Designer
You’re a great fit if you…
- Have experience leading marketing efforts or running campaigns for a brand or agency
- Love branding, storytelling, and creating visuals that align with strategy
- Can switch between creative brainstorming and task execution easily
- Have experience managing social media, graphic design, and/or public communications
- Are familiar with tools like Canva, Google Drive, and Asana
- Are organized, proactive, and excellent at communication
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with PR, sponsorship outreach, or media buying
- Copywriting or brand voice development experience
- Leading a remote creative team or working in an agency setting
