- Ensure compliance with resident rights and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with mobility and physical support, including heavy lifting when necessary.

- Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining their independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
