Responsibilities And Duties
- Receive FedEx, UPS, USPS, and freight shipments.
- Verify items as ordered and enter them into the ERP system accurately.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Pick products for open orders and prepare for shipping.
- Confirm quantities and exact model numbers.
- Pack items in boxes and select the best carrier.
- Process equipment returns and warranty repairs.
- Contact customers with order delays.
- Shipping and receiving experience in a technical office environment.
- Exhibit written communication skills.
- General knowledge of Windows computer applications.
- Self-starter who can multi-task and enjoys communicating and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Can handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
- Valid driver's license.
