ABOUT THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to be a key part of our production and logistics team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring materials and packages are received, documented, and delivered efficiently—and with care. You’ll also help prepare items for shipment and maintain inventory records. If you enjoy physical work, keeping things organized, and being part of a collaborative team, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Receive packages and materials, verify shipments, and process documentation.
· Move materials from the dock to internal destinations with accuracy and speed.
· Handle and organize shipping documents and certificates.
· Prepare outgoing shipments and help maintain inventory records.
· Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
WHAT YOU BRING:
· A respectful, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Strong communication skills—able to listen, speak, and write clearly in English.
· The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
· Physical capability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stay active throughout your shift.
· A systematic, organized approach to your work.
