Description
The billing specialist is responsible for managing the billing functions for Magnum companies.
Timely and accurate data entry of daily bills.
Answer customer questions.
Work with Operations to verify and audit accuracy of rates.
Assist with projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Seeking an individual who has :
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
The ability to learn quickly and work without supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge and experience in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer service skills.
The ability to effectively plan, organize, and use independent judgment to resolve issues.
The ability to remain calm and professional under stress and during difficult employee matters.
Highest standards of confidentiality.
The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Education / Experience :
Associate degree in accounting or related field and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience to fulfill job responsibilities.
